Information Needed. Besides signing the Confidentiality Agreement that is shown in another section of this web site, we will need the following information:
Access to all current HMO, PPO and Insurance Plan contracts.
Current fee schedules and/or EOBs received for claims billed by your organization.
Copies of any revalant correspondence between your organization and the insurance carriers.
From the above information we will create:
- A Health Plan Portfolio report rating your current health plans from the lowest payer to the highest to help map out a strategy in improving the financial performance of your contracts.
